[Automations] Possibility for the automation trigger to also read the existence of time spent on activity

We would greatly appreciate the possibility for the automation trigger to also read the existence (and possibly the magnitude) of time spent on an activity. This feature would be very useful for us in order to properly monitor employee software usage. We would like to create a rule such that when an activity reaches the completion status and yet no time entry has been made by the assignee, the production manager receives a notification. This would greatly help us maintain accurate records of time spent on the project as a whole, as we could promptly catch the anomaly and notify the user who forgot to track time to proceed with entering it.
