Notification Schedules
Weekends are my downtime, but some colleagues work Saturday or Sunday and add me to their projects. Each time I get added, I receive an email notification. While I can turn off email notifications completely, there is no option to create a notification schedule that respects my time away.
In Basecamp, there is a provision to limit notification times called "Work Can Wait!". Wrike would be greatly improved if the platform adopted something similar:

FEATURE REQUEST: Extend Wrike notification management options to support email delivery only during work hours.
Hi David-TDH, welcome to Wrike's Community 👋
Thank you for submitting your idea here!
Could you please let me know if the email address where you're getting these notifications is for work only? Because you can mute email notifications too so they don't bother you. Not ideal, but I thought it worth suggesting 🙂

Lisa – Yes, thank you. My Google Pixel does have some granularity with notification suppression with the Do Not Disturb feature, however, it seems to be based on an application (Gmail) and not an individual email account (work). I will look into some kind of third-party solution when I have time — good suggestion.
Hi David-TDH, I'm glad to hear that you found Lisa's suggestion useful. Please feel free to return to this thread if you'd like to share any additional details on your findings. I'm sure other community members will benefit from your insights.
Thank you!
Hi, I have set up some automations to remind people when they have due dates coming up. This means they are now getting email notifications on during weekends and there seems to be no way to control this. The solution is that either I abandon the automation (and have to follow up every task manually) or they turn off email notifications (which means they will never see any). Muting email is not a great option as this can't be separated from other mail notifications in do not disturb settings. We have an obligation not to send work emails outside of working hours under the right to switch off.
The Basecamp option above seems like a good way of handling this.
This is a needed feature. Wrike has very aggressive notifications. Any time a task is touched, there is an orchestra of alert sounds. I appreciate the robust notifications, but it needs corresponding robust management controls.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this, Sarah Irving and Ian Helfrich. I can see how this could be helpful in your case. I'm forwarding it to the product team right away. 👍🏽
