User types - Collaborate settings -> disable view comments section

Hello Wrike,

On top of being able to create a custom user type with limited authorization to add a comment. It would be a nice feature to disable the view of the comment history just as well. 

I would like to share tasks externally  but keep the comment section for our internal users.

I understand this is not exactly what you are looking for, but you could share Gantt Chart snapshots with external collaborators (who are not part of your account). As stated in our Help Center: Gantt chart snapshots create a static record of what the Gantt chart looks like at that moment for a folder, project, or space. Sharing the link to a Gantt chart snapshot allows others to view a project’s current timeline.

Hi Juan,

Thanks for the update. Will look into the Gantt Chart option. For now, we've scaled down the scope of data we share and share report snapshots without the outside collaborator having access to details.

We are going to use report snapshots for the online meetings with our customers. Customer don't get access to the tasks. ( think the first online meeting will take place this week )

We'd like to be able to provide different levels of Task access for internal stakeholders. Not all users need to see the attachments and comments, but it's my understanding that they cannot be limited to specific users at this time.
