Preview-able audio files (M4A, WAV etc) in Wrike Proof

And it needs to have the same timestamp comment options as the video formats

File types compatible with Wrike Proof are listed on our Help Center. Audios are not yet supported, but this does sound like a good way to enhance existing features. We would really appreciate it if you post this suggestion to the Product feedback. Our Product team keeps an eye on that section for where to take Wrike next!😉

Oh dear... absolutely no help here on audio files. Very unassuring for an average non-tech user. can't make head or tail of what is on offer... need clickable audio option... is there a way round this by turning audio file into video file?
Please explain in 'laymans terms' - so I can purchase accordingly. Thanks so much, Superior collective

Hi Goodacre Su, welcome to the Community! Wrike's proofing feature allows you to preview the following video file types:

• MP4
• MOV (MOV files with a ProRes codec are not supported)
• AVI
• 3GP
• FLV
• Public or unlisted YouTube videos (some videos can't be played outside of YouTube. To view such a video, open it in Proofing, right-click the video, and select what you want to do: either open it in a new tab or copy the link to the video)

This means that if you convert your audio file to, for example, MP4, you will be able to preview it/play it directly in Wrike. I hope this information helps!
