Workflow statuses that make sense

I create all workflows for our company. Even though I would love if they all followed a similar language, I've found the best way for many different brains to use Wrike is to take the extra 10-15 minutes and sit down with people and ask what they want their workflow steps to be called. This is solved a myriad of adoption and (human) workflow issues.

Amazing, yes i've also learned the more you get the team involved the better. I have an unclear one that has been haunting me: "Internal Answers Required" looking to remove this one soon

I LOVE custom workflows!  I would love to have a bit more granular functionality in the different wofklow status buckets (active vs. deferred) as I think having inactive/deferred statuses that are still unhidden as default in lists can be extremely helpful!
