Read the Documentation

In this day and age we expect tools to work similarly to our standard tools - Google, Word, etc. However, some tools work differently. Making sure that end users are familiar with specifications of Wrike will save a lot of time and hassle.

Specifically, the search function is different from most. Users have to write the word "AND" between two words they want to be present in the search result, and make sure it is CAPITALIZED. If they do not, the search results may not provide them with relevant results.

Many other idiosyncrasies can be found in the official documentation of the search engine:

Using Workspace Search in Wrike – Wrike Help Center

Workspace Search Algorithm – Wrike Help Center

Workspace Search Commands – Wrike Help Center

Forcing all end users to review this and other essential entries in the Wrike KB is crucial to long term success.

Hi Michael this is very helpful.  I hadn't seen these articles on the Wrike homepage yet.  I'm going to link to these on our training resources page. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Amy - I've added these links as references in our training resources internally.

Thanks for the tips!
