Sound notifications on desktop app would be a very nice feature, and very useful to keep team members from overlooking notifications. The absence of this feature might be a deal breaker when I pitch this service to my company.

We have non-audio notifications to try and ensure that people see the changes in Wrike as they happen and Wrike's desktop app has a red counter to help alert you to updates that may need your attention. I completely understand that that's not what you're looking for, I just want to mention them in case they are of use to your team.

I agree with Bradley, sound notifications get an immediate attention by users which are specially involved in a creative type of work.
I'm really looking forward for this implementation, the simplest way could be with an icon in the Wrike's top bar
Is there a way to turn OFF sound notifications? It's not very helpful when you get bombarded with the ringing notification when mass assigned tasks
Hi Nick Cheng, and welcome to the Community.
This depends on how you use Wrike. You can turn off sound for notifications in the settings of your operating system (Windows/MacOS). If you're using Wrike from Chrome, turn off sound for Chrome, and if it's through the app, then turn off sound for Wrike.
