Why can't I add Project or Task?
I can't create new projects or tasks. When I click on the plus button my only option is to create a new request?

Hi Alyson! Following up on your chat with the Support Team, I wanted to quickly let anyone else who is in the same situation know that this means that you have a Collaborator license. Collaborators have limited permissions in the Workspace, and if you feel that you need a different license type, please reach out to the account owner, admin, or to the person who invited you to the account. :)
I encountered this issue today. 2025. I have no one seated as a collaborator yet, 2 people were not able to add tasks through the app.
