DEAR WRIKE,

 

I placed a shortcut of Wrike(my work page) in my dock (MacOS). But is doesn't show a Wrike icon which it does for most other sites. Could you update this so I can put a Wrike icons in everybody's dock so they open it first thing in the morning

Hi Wouter! This is an interesting idea, thanks for sharing. Just so I'm 100% sure of what you're looking to do.

You simply drag and drop the URL from your browser to your dock and the icon is a generic globe. Your suggestion here is to change this icon to your own company logo? Feel free to add any clarification here or screenshots if possible. Thanks

Hi, Stephen,

 

I was thinking about the Wrike logo but our own company logo would be useful. We are really trying to adopt Wrike into our workflow so that's why I'm placing it in everybody's dock so people don't forget to look

Thanks for the clarification Wouter. It's something we'll pass on to our Product Team so thanks for sharing. As an aside, I understand there are some articles online that show you how to manually edit icon logos to whatever image. Check out this discussion on Apple's Forum for example.
 
I also want to mention Wrike Desktop app from Wrike Labs. Using the Wrike application will give you a Wrike icon in your dock and has most of the features of the web version. Check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks for the suggestion!
