Hi Ian! Glad to see that that the Support Team has been in touch and everything is working fine now, this looks to have been a browser cache issue :) Please feel free to let me know here if anything comes up again, I'll be happy to help. In case anyone else is interested, I wanted to quickly mention that Regular Users, External Users, and Admins have the ability to create items in the Workspace.
