Blocked from accessing tasks sent to me by a paywall

Folks, 

I trialled Wrike for PP about a year ago - we didn't make a purchase at the time but we have since.  When I get sent a task internally I see it briefly before the paywall blocks access.  Could this be sorted out - I think that we are paying for a corporate subscription now so the paywall should not be there for me.

Hi Rob, the Free account is still active so you might be still working from tasks created there, which is giving you this message when you try to view tasks in the paid account.
 
In your Folder tree on the right-hand-side of your Workspace, you can determine which account you're currently working in. The account name will have a dot (or bullet point) beside the account name.
 
You can delete the Free account if you're solely working from the paid account. However, if you want to keep tasks that you've created in the Free account please let us know here so we can arrange to have them moved over. If you don't have data saved in the Free account that you want to keep, then you can delete the account.
