[Status: Backburner ⏳] Add 'Modified Date' and 'Completed Date' to exports - Allows project status reporting
When providing weekly status reports to manager or clients they usually want to know:
Activities Conducted Last Week
Activities Planned for Next Week
Currently there is not way to produce this report from wrike. Even if I export the tasks and use Excel to create the report, there is no modified date or actual completed date for me to filter on.
The columns exist in the wrike database (you can filter off some of them) so hopefully this is an easy fix to add to the export.

I find this situation somewhat shocking for a project management tool to not capture project completion in a reportable way. There exists a Completed Date field by default but when you change status to Completed, Wrike does not update this field. With the fees we pay for Wrike usage, I would expect, at the very least, to be able to report how many projects have completed without having to create a custom field and manually have to enter the date. Tasks have a completion date, why not the project? All the bits are there to make this work!

Pinging this thread in 2024! Any updates? 96 upvotes... We can already see "Last modified date" in other parts of wrike and even configure a report by "Last modified date", it seems strange that we don't already have "Last modified date" as an available column when in report view.

Could you please let me know if your use case is similar to Andrew's in the original post here? Because I believe this can be achieved by using statuses, like "Completed" (plus a timeframe) for activities in the previous week and "Planned" (again with a timeframe) for activities planned for the following week. Could this approach work for you?

Was this feature (Last modified date for projects) ever implemented for reports and exports? I cannot find this field in reporting. Is this available in analyzer or some in other format for export? We are looking for the ability to track last updated projects without the need to manually track the date in each project.

I was able to find that one, which allows filtering by the last modified date, but I'd like to include that data as a column in the report itself. We use these dates in the reports to reconcile metrics information in another system.
Thank you for the additional details, Chris Cashon. You can add the column Last modified to the Table view and then export the data as an Excel file.
Also, in case you'd like to use the view as a report, you can create a public link to it and share it even with colleagues who don't have a Wrike account yet.
Would that be an option for you?
