How do you set a default column sort in the Table view for a Project? Specifically, have it default to sort by Due Date, Ascending? I would also like to have "Collapse All" be the default setting on the same Table.

As i finish a task within a project - say writing first draft, but still waiting for the approval of it, should i mark "Produce first draft" as "completed"? Or does every task remain "in progress" until the entire job is completed?
