Process Document for Internal Stakeholders
We have a set of standard program practices that are specific to each of our clients. Whether it be marketing email send times, seed list types for emails, brochure and branding specs, preferred admin contact list, etc.
I would like to house this list (word doc, excel, or other) somewhere accessible/visible to all and so it won't get lost in the archives.
Any suggestions would be helpful!!
Thanks!
Joel
If you are using spaces in Wrike, you could bookmark a link to the document (assuming it is stored in something like OneDrive or Dropbox) in your space. https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005120441-Managing-Bookmark-Sections-in-Spaces
We use this for various resources including template documents for our writers and others.
Jesse Summers that's exactly what I was looking for! Total version control - this makes perfect sense. Thanks for the helpful response and have a great day!!
I did this recently to try to pull a project team into Wrike first for info. They had documents in DropBox and a couple of different SharePoint sites. I added bookmarks to all of the various document sites at the top of the Space and now the project team starts there for all of their project tasks. This was a pretty big win because some of the stakeholders were a little Wrike-shy and now are converts.
This is great information Kelly R! We have the same collaborative platform challenges, with docs e v e r y w h e r e lol. If we can make our team less Wrike-shy and organize existing and relevant information in one place, that is a HUGE win. 😀
Jesse Summers, thanks for the excellent feedback and sorry for the delayed response!
