Map project request form answer to task workflow
We would like to map the project request form response to a specific task workflow. We have a 3-stage approval process setup in each of our task workflows. The approvers are different for each project owner. Hence, we'd like to map the project owner to the task workflow.
Stage 1 = Same person every time
Stage 2 = Project owner
Stage 3 = Project Owner's supervisor
Are there other ways to achieve this same result?

Please let me make sure that I understand your idea: You have 3 types of approvals with different approvers for each type. You'd like to be able to map a request to a specific approver depending on the request form answer of the requester. Is that right?
If so, let me show you how I set this up.
I created a specific workflow with stages 1,2 and 3. Each of them has a specific person as an approver (because you can add an approver for any status in the workflow).
Now when I set up a request form, I can apply that specifically created workflow to the form. After that, I can create a dropdown-type question and map it to a different status (with a different approver) depending on the option that the requester chooses.

Lisa I tried setting that up, but it changes the project workflow, not the task workflow.
The project request is for the overarching campaign which includes project templates for each campaign type. Every campaign contains at least the following tasks: copy/edit and design/layout which are go through a 3-step approval process. We have built approval workflows for each of the requestors that we can apply to these tasks. I just wondered if there was a way to map project request responses to workflows for those tasks.

You can definitely map responses to any workflow that your account has, mine was just an example.
