See ALL tasks assigned to a User

I am Admin on the account. Is there a way to see ALL the tasks assigned to a user, regardless of what Space the tasks are in? It used to be, before spaces, you could select the root folder and create a report. I can't do that anymore, and it won't let me choose more than one space per report.

Help please!
