Request Forms - Add functionality to move options to other questions

I would like to split up a question with 14 checkboxes into two different questions. I want one question to have 3 checkboxes and the other question to have the other 11 checkboxes. When I create my second question, I want to drag the 3 checkboxes into it, but I don't have that option. Therefore, I have to recreate the 3 checkboxes again, and all the logic that goes with them. Please add this functionality to drag options between questions.
