Rescheduling blueprints within a request form

Okay so the problem I am having is that when I am using a request form with a blueprint, the blueprint can only be rescheduled from the end or start date. But how do I get my blueprint to reschedule between those dates, so it will stretch or downsize the duration depending on the start and end date?
