Automation / Notification for Subtasks

Hello! I need to add notifications through automation to subtasks that are associated with specific tasks in a workflow. In the image provided, there are 5 subtasks associated with the Submitted task and I need to be able to have different automation / notification settings for each subtasks. Any suggestions? Thanks!
