Project with subfolders shared to different teams

Hi all,

Is it possible to create a blueprint project with a number of subfolders that are shared with different teams?

The idea would be all teams can see the overall project, and the relevant info contained within it, but each team would have a seperate workspace that is selectively shared with just that team, providing a space to add tasks and collaborate as necessary without other teams being able to view. 

I believe this is possible manually, but looking to set this up as a blueprint so it can be recreated for many projects.
