I agree with other community members that if the table view had the ability to insert or delete rows, that would be a great time saver. Is there another view, like List? that allows this functionality?

In Table View, it's possible to hide columns, and you can also add new ones when you're creating a new custom field, it will be represented by a new column. If you add a table to the task, project, or folder description, it's possible to insert and delete rows:
