Timelog Reports - Add in Users Rate and Actual Spent for revenue reporting

We'd like to see a report that allows us to pull in the user's time spent on a project within a specific time frame and calculate the actual $ spent per the user's assigned billable rate in their role. We can see these in the project table views but aren't able to pull this data into a report that spans multiple projects.
