The project description is where we keep our creative brief and important info. The team often collaborates here with comments and such. We need a custom view that is "free text" or "description" because that information gets lost when looking at different views.

Thank you for posting here. Have you tried using custom fields for that? You can create a text-type field to put in important info there. Please let me know if that helps!

Lisa I did consider that but the custom field is way too small. The "description" area is convenient as it can store all collaborative information about a project in one space. However it is not easy to navigate to once you have clicked out of it. The navigation within a project needs some work. The different "views" helps, but not having the "description" part easily/obviously accessible from each view renders it almost useless. The "description" of a folder is even more inaccessible. This would be easily solved if the "description" area which already exists in a project was made accessible as a "view."
