i would like to have blueprint / template about a flow of tasks that automatically update the time of work based on medium time spent on a task linked to a specific senority of my resource.

Do I understand correctly that you'd like that blueprint/template project with tasks to have the time spent automatically allocated, for example, X task will have 3 hours added by default?
