Custom Views
It would be helpful if you could make custom views such as filter view and list view a global command rather than having to go in and change each folder individually.

We are requesting the same - that custom views created (and any updates to a custom view) would filter down to all folder/projects/tasks within the folder the custom view is created within.

I agree with this suggestion! We have created a custom "Project Status" view, with specific fields that we would like to have consistent across all projects within a space. Having to recreate the view in new projects is tedious and inevitably results in inconsistencies.
+ specific item types locked to that custom view - users would know exactly what each view is for and how to contribute to it...
