Request Forms - display Custom fields in both fields and description

  • We would like Custom Fields to have the option of being captured in both the field AND the Description.  This will help ensure that this key information is both useable for reporting and is also easily visible to the person working the task without them having to remember to open the custom fields.

100% agree. We use custom fields a lot for better reporting and excel exporting, but it would definitely be nice to be able to see the data in both places, when chosen as an option.
