Making a folder from inside a task
Hello-
When creating a task, one of the attributes we add to them is an organization/company name. We cannot do that from inside the task, instead have to exit the task and go over to our organizations space and add the folder (company name). Once I return to the task, it takes several minutes for that new folder to show up in the list of organizations in the task. My workflow is seriously waylaid during this process.

Tagging a task in a folder with the organization name is one way to do that. If you first create a folder in your organizations space, you can add that tag to the task without leaving the task:
Another way of doing that is by using a custom field and enter the organization's name in those fields.
