Printing Date Range - Don't include project Dates

Filtering does not properly work get the date range you want on a project, because the PDF generator uses the project start/end dates for the date range as part of the calculation of the range and there is no way of filtering that out.  The code  needs to be changed to no use (or be able to filter out) the project start/end dates.

Example:

Project Start Date:  1/1/2010.   Project End Date: 12/31/2020

One In progress Task:  Task1    Start: 9/1/2020, Due 9/2/2020

PDF Generator should use the 1 day range,  but instead it uses the 10 year range.
