Gantt View within the My to-do Section

Just wanted to suggest a Gantt view tab within the my to-do section. This would greatly help manage personal workflow for each employee, as they can see rather than a list of tasks a plan for what tasks they need to achieve in both the long and short term.
If admins where able to see this Gantt chart (possible as a dashboard feature) it would prevent double ups in works loads and allow for better delegation of work between employees.
This feature would allow for both personal and managerial workflow organization in both long and short term projects.

Have you considered using Workload Charts? They help you manage your team members’ capacity, prioritize tasks based on their capacity, and plan work allocation. Please let me know what you think!
