Phantom Wrike Notifications

One of our Wrike users keeps getting notifications in their Wrike inbox for comments in tasks they're not tagged in or assigned to. We have our space set up so that when someone submits a request via Wrike request forms, it pulls the correlating blueprint to create the project. 

We did notice that post request submission, the project tasks say they are created by the requestor not by whoever created the blueprint. 

I'm wondering if that's the reason our Wrike user is getting notifications even though they're not tagged? Because technically they "created" the project tasks?  

Any thoughts?
