Reporting on Request Form Field Data
It would be very helpful to be able to report on the form field data submitted in request forms. Since you can only run reports at the task level it is very difficult to understand trends in the request forms we receive and it would be helpful to reference the values in the submitted fields - even just downloading a csv export of all submissions would be extremely valuable!
I 100% agree. Without the ability to run reports, or at the very minimum export that data entered into the request forms, the tool becomes much less useful. I wonder if there is any sort of integration/3rd party solution?

I also agree you need to be able to report on free text fields. Each is a unique alphanumeric string [Order numbers] and can not be added to a custom field format. Is there a way to report off of these?
