Show/Hide project description at the top of any/all views.

At the top of a view for a project, underneath the title, it would be nice if we had the option to display the projects description.  Many projects would benefit from a simple place to display information pertaining to that board/list/etc.

For example we may have a couple links to product descriptions, or a link to a development build of the software that this view is about, or links to associated Teams meetings/teams.
