Wrike App shows inbox message but their is no

Hi,

the task bar symbol of Wrike Windows App (newset version) shows me a message (see screenshot).

But when going to the App in the Inbox there is no message. Also refresh of the app does not help. Also closing and reopening the app does not help.

When filtering only for unread messages no message is shown in the inbox.

Anybody an idea how to find the one message (or why it shows a non existing one)?

I believe this is notifying you of a new feature in the help area within Wrike. Click on the “?” on the top left.

Christina Myers their was no real solution from support. At the end I deinstalled the Wrike App and reinstalled.It happened again, and at some point (I think after some update) it was gone that this happens. So I am happy that it is gone now, but I could not tell you why it is.

Hi Christina Myers, welcome to the Community, and thank you for posting. As Sven mentioned above, could you please try deleting and reinstalling the App? If the issue is persisting please let me know, I can raise a Support ticket for you so my colleagues can look into it.
