More about Product FeedbackI know I can add a message in my Inbox as a comment to an existing task, but my process flow is to add my replies to tasks as well. That allows me to see/verify that I have responded if they never reply.
How do I do that with the Outlook Add-In? When I reply to a message, the add-in is no longer available.

Bill Unger has a good question. I am curious about the answer, because I would like to do the same: add my e-mail reply to an existing task.

To add a reply, find this reply in the "Sent" box and then click a three-dotted menu to open the addin by selecting "Open Wrike addin". Then, please select "Add as a comment" and find a task (if it's not offered) in the list. Hope this helps 😊
