Hard code text block in forms

Hi, Wrikers -

I want to hard-code text blocks (hidden, but visible would be OK) in forms that would be different than the helper text. I need the information in this text block to pass to the project header. 

Use case: I want someone to fill out the form with all the information needed to create a web page. When the form is submitted I want all of that information in the project header, but I also want to have instructions for developers in the header as well.

This information is the same every time so I am looking for ways to have it auto-populate without me having to cut and paste or do any editing.

Any thoughts?
