Hi Katherine,
Were the projects created inside a communal space or, within someones personal space. If within their personal space they need to share the entire space with you. If projects are created in a communal space you could either be shared onto that space or onto each individual project. As far as reports go, users can create private reports. These reports can also be shared. Is this user no longer on Wrike and unable to share their items with you? If someone else is able to see these items they should be able to share them with you. Do you have any screenshots of your view vs. someone else's view?
Hope you get this figured out, thanks!
I have a similar issue. I took over as admin of our account and I'm trying to clear out old items. There are Groups that cannot be deleted because they are not assigned to ME but they are apparently still assigned to tasks and/or projects. Is there any way for me to find and remove these assignments?
