Emailing Comments to Wrike
When I email a comment to Wrike and it has other recipients, Wrike automatically adds them as owners and followers to the task. I don't want this. I just want the email to show up in the feed to track outside correspondence. These recipients are usually just collaborators and do not need to be following the task (many of these same collaborators complain that they get too much Wrike email and resist using it at all!)
Please help make Wrike more collaborator-friendly by not automatically adding these people as owners/followers.
Similar problem beyond commenting. I want to log a new task in Wrike while also emailing details to co-workers, maybe even outside company. I tried adding wrike@wrike to bcc, but the TO: recipients all get assigned as owners.
I'd like to either configure the email integration not to assign to owners in the two field, or maybe have some syntax in the body of the email that instructs wrike on a per message basis.
