I am a month old user of Wrike. We recently moved to Wrike to do better program Management. Here are some of my initial feedback
- Spaces should have a separate tab to show its details. Generally spaces represent a program or group of projects. hence its good to have a default tab that open every time we click the space which can be configured as pa portal with hyper links, texts and images explaining the space. This could be kind of a homepage for the Space.
- No option in Grantt Chart view to expand at project and task level. It shows only Expand all option.
- Book Marks appear only in List view. It should also appear in the default view that is selected.
- Cannot attach a Google drive. This is useful against a folder or project.
- Dashboards and restricted to tasks and projects. Cannot have custom fields.
- Option to color the entire task based on status. Now only the date get red color when the task is outstanding.
