Re-ordering glitch in the free version that deletes tasks :(

Not sure exactly how to explain it, but I think there is a glitch with re-ordering/subtask-ing in the free version. I recognize that the free version does not allow subtasks, but that, in the paid versions, one way to create subtasks is to simply drag the task into another task. However, I sometimes will drag a task onto another task (highlighting the dragged-to task) by mistake while trying to reorder tasks (highlighting the line between the tasks), and the task (along with dialogs, file attachments, etc.) will be effectively be deleted into oblivion. Is there a way where the task, instead of being deleted, simply rejects the action and reverts to its original location?
