A "Coherence" Project Template

I would like to suggest Wrike working on a "Coherence" Template.

The Problem: Workflows that do not fit within a linear project management template.

Example: Course Development

We have a 5-Phase process for designing courses. We use a "Course Map" - a "grid" that we fill out with instructors. The goal is one of "refinement" and "clarity". So, over the course of the project, crossing out linear tasks for Week One and Week Two might lead to conversations about Week 3. Suddenly the instructor looks at the course map and realizes they need to make a change and this means they will need to completely revamp Weeks 1 and 2. So all of that linear crossing off now has to be redone. There is little sense of "progress" even though "clarity" is coming to the project.

Solution: A Project Template Designed for Goals Involving Alignment, Clarity, Refinement

It would be nice to have a project template that reflects this non-linear workflow aimed at clarity and refinement.

Example: Project of Refining a Company Mission Statement or Strategic Priorities

How can we create project template for this type of work that still gives a sense of "progress" even when previous work needs to be redone in light of a clearer vision?

The goal is coherence. Think of it like a spiral that is moving further and further in toward the center to bring clarity to an idea or set of ideas. I believe a project template that accurately maps this non-linear, clarifying process would greatly help all Wrike users.
