Would be nice to have the ability to lock the top couple of lines of a task description if there is information that always needs to be read first, such as "Here's the network path location" or "Sensitive data, not for external distribution", etc.

yes very cool suggestion, I might add that this would be particularly useful in the comment stream, which in the case of projects can get long. The description, at least in my team, doesn't tend to grow as much as the comment stream.
