[Status: Backburner ⏳] Form/field validation
Hello!
I'm having an issue with form/field validation with the forms submission.
Required text fields that are missed are outlined red to indicate their need for input, which is fine, but the submit button stays active (blue) during this time.
I've also noticed that in my form that 'attachments' which are marked as required but missed, there is no indication for their input after the fact, ie, no red outline. The submit button also stays a blue-active.
This has been confusing for a number of my testers.
My suggestion would be to 'gray out' the submit button until all requirements are met and to add a visual indicator (red outline) for 'attachments' if missed.

Hi Brendan, I've added the Backburner Status to this idea.
Mainly because the team will be investigating enhancements to Request forms later this year. I'll keep you updated here as I have more detail.

Hello Wrike Team,
We have similar challenge with the request form validation, requestor puts in "send date" of email campaign without following the SLA, that puts whole project due dates to haywire. We would really like to restrict this "send date" field based on our SLA.
Eagerly looking forward for the enhancement. 🙂
