Notification of creation of forms to selected users or by email

Currently you can only create a public link or tell a user that you have a new form. The other option is to have the created forms checked often.

It would be interesting that when creating a form, you can notify or create an alert of it to users who choose by email or something similar.

On the other hand, it would be interesting to add more functionalities to the events that occur with the flow of the form. For example, when an affirmative answer is chosen, do something and when it is negative do something else.
