Does Wrike not send email notifications on XLS import

Our team didn't get notifications when we imported a project task list from Excel. Is this by design?

Hi Derek, thanks for your question 🙂
Inbox and email notifications aren't triggered when Tasks are created in bulk, for example in case when you import a Project via Excel. This is how it was designed in order not to send too many notifications to users and flood their Inboxes.

Is there any plans to revisit this? We need to assign tasks in bulk with the ability to at least notify users that it has been assigned in their Incoming box.

Hello Jen Derry, there are no plans to implement this functionality in the near future. Please consider creating a separate Product Feedback post with your suggestion, we have a process to pass the feedback there to our Product team. It doesn't necessarily mean that we don't pass the feedback we receive from other channels, like this How To forum, but the Community members will be able to upvote the idea in Product Feedback so that the team can assess its popularity.
