attache documents to email
Hello!
Maybe we are allone with this problem but we do not have Outlook Exchange or Office 365 and neither we use google drive in our company ore another cloud services. So the provided wrike integrations do not work for us.
For us it means to attache a document to a email we do have to download it to our harddrive first. When you often edit a document and send it often to other persons (who do not use wrike) you are very busy with downlaoding and attaching files all day long.
Is there no one else who would find it necessary to have a function to attach documents into outlook-mails (version 2016) directly from wrike? Like drag and drop?
I think to manage documents in Wrike is very inefficient at the moment. One thing is to add a file in a Mail and the other thing is: Once uploaded you can not move the file in another task.
We are also often working on a document and need to make a copy from the document for individual customers, partners and so on. Therefore we always have to open the "main document", save it to the harddrive with a little changes (pricing and so on) and upload it again. It would be cool to produce document-copys directly into wrike.
I would like to know if other would find such features also useful and if at least the attachment-thing is on the wrike-roadmap?
