Due dates or Deadline for Phases/Statuses
My technical team works in 4 week sprints - 1 week for requirements, 2 for development and 1 for QA. I would like for my PM team to be able to manage the progress of the tasks in the sprint using dates in Wrike. The equivalent example is that I need the workflow statuses on the board in wrike to have due dates.
For example, if I have a task called buildNewButton, I need requirements for buildNewButton to be completed by the end of week 1, I need the development to be completed by the end of week 3, and QA to be completed by the end of week 4. Right now, the only way to do this in Wrike is to literally have three subtasks for each task that I have. While this works in a traditional project management construct, it doesn't help me when I manage my tasks on a board.
Additionally, my technical team currently works in JIRA and to create sub tasks to accomplish the equivalent of the above, would be quite a bit of work and redundant as well.
I hope that I'm articulating the need well enough but am happy to provide more color on the phone or answer any questions via email
