I work in a university marketing department. We have many collaborators all over campus. Some have complained that they cannot delete or hide projects when they are finished. How can I help them?

Hi Katie, you will need to un-share the folders or projects so they no longer have access to them. This is ideally done at the parent folder/project level. However, it cannot be ruled out that someone shared a child folder/project under the parent, and that could be what they're seeing.
Users can also remove themselves from projects by removing themselves from the folder or project. They can do this in the folder snapshot area (I've found that the most intuitive/easiest).
