Adobe Extension/Plug in not working in Illustrator CC
My adobe extension keeps showing the four white bars like it is trying to log in. But this only happens in illustrator. It is functioning correctly in Indesign.
My first issue happened late last week. I tried uninstalling the plug in, then reinstalling. That did not work.
I then updated the illustrator app to CC 2019, and reinstalled the plug in. It functioned for about a week, and has now stopped again.
I am using Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 and the latest Adobe CC 2019. (However I experienced the same issue in CC 2018).
My Wrike App and Browsers are correctly working. It tried logging out, restarting computer, etc. to no avail.

Yep, this happens frequently for us, as well. It works in Illustrator (either 2018 or 2019) one day & doesn't the next. It's been happening for about 3 months.
Hi Chris, I'm sorry to hear this is happening. I've raised a ticket so our technical team can investigate this a little further.
In the meantime, can you try clearing the Wrike Extension cache, open the extension, click on the menu button (the hamburger style icon at the top right of the extension) and select the option "Clear cache".
Same thing happend on Windows version. I have tried uninstall and reinstalling it but still not working.
Rojeam, when you uninstall try "delete all data" if available. Then reinstall. That is the only way it will work for me. The alternative is to clear the cache, but usually when it is spinning that option is not available.
@Rojeam Hi, I'm sorry to hear that! I've raised a Support ticket for you, they'll be in touch with you to help soon 🤝

Just curious, have the illustrator plugin issues ever been resolved? We were implementing Wrike in 2021 and all our artists had issues with the illustrator plugin so we couldn't move forward. Short of that, we felt pretty good about the software and workflows overall but we couldn't get past the inability to utilize the plugin, which was a big draw for our particular needs.

The Wrike plugin for Illustrator CC 2024 isn't working. I can login and see Projects, but does nothing when trying to upload images from Illustrator to Wrike.
