Fixed Workflow - More than one active stage

Upon creating the custom workflow, I wanted a fixed workflow where I can select the next ACTIVE stage in the workflow. It is not allowing me to select the next step in the "fixed" it is only allowing me to mark it completed. I dont want to jump from the first step to completed, I want to be able to pick from the drop down the very next stage.

Hi Tattiana! You should be able to do that. It sounds like you've already clicked on the Custom Workflow name for the "Account Management" section and selected "Lock Workflow".  Once a workflow is locked, you can click on individual statuses within it. You'll see a box and underneath "Only allow transitions to the following statuses" add the statuses that should be visible as potential options (statuses that the task should be allowed to change to).

I think that will work for you, let me know how it goes! 🙌

Hi there I have a workflow created whereby if I select Under Review as my status, I can only allow manual transitions to Pending and I have checked "Lock transitions". When I apply that workflow to a particular task however, I am still getting the option to select other statuses apart from "Pending" as well. Would you know why that is?
