Do custom fields have cascading options?
For example, if i have a drop down of branch locations and then a drop down of regions... if i choose my region, can the branch location drop down lessen to ONLY the branches in that region?

Hi Natalie, there is no conditions like this for Customer Fields.
I've seen someone have the same question in the past and they simply decided to have one Custom Field with both information entered. So for you, you might use "Region/Branch" in one Dropdown list so it's clearer for everyone working on the task. It would be great to hear if this would work, and if not what you're looking to achieve (perhaps Reports, Dashboards)? Thanks! 🙂
